Dhaka, April 29 -- It took only one delivery for Taijul Islam to bring an end to Zimbabwe's first innings on Day 2 of the 2nd Test in Chattogram.

The slow bowler, who had rampaged through the visitors' batting order on the first day, added a sixth scalp to his tally when an outside edge by Blessing Muzarabani was taken behind the stumps with the first ball on Tuesday.

The umpire missed the edge, but a check upstairs soon confirmed the dismissal, restricting the visiting Eagles to 227 in their first innings.

Now Bangladesh will be looking to overcome the deficit and take the lead as the Tigers fight to recover from the shock loss in Sylhet in the first Test.
