Dhaka, Jan. 5 -- BNP leaders and activists say Acting Chairperson Tarique Rahman is preparing to visit Bogura on Jan 11.
The decision was taken at a meeting initiated by the Bogura district committee on Monday, said Kalam Azad, BNP spokesperson in charge of Rajshahi and Rangpur Divisions.
In addition to the district committee, leaders and activists of the Upazila and municipal committees were present at the meeting called by Bogura district BNP President Rezaul Karim Badshah.
A mass prayer will be organised for Khaleda Zia in Bogura on Jan 12.
After the programme, Tarique will go to Rangpur.
