Dhaka, Feb. 10 -- The vacation days for subordinate civil courts has been split into two phases totalling 30 days, instead of being taken consecutively for a full month.
The Supreme Court's Appellate Division announced the decision in a press statement on Tuesday. Under the existing practice, subordinate civil courts observe their vacation throughout the entire month of December.
The decision was taken at a full court meeting on Monday with the participation of judges from both divisions of the Supreme Court.
