Dhaka, Jan. 31 -- Shimanto Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Farazy Hospital, allowing the bank's cardholders and employees to receive special discounts on healthcare services.

The agreement was signed on Jan 28 at Shimanto Bank's head office, the bank said in a statement.

Under the MoU, Shimanto Bank's debit and credit cardholders, as well as its employees, will be eligible for discounted services at Farazy Hospital.

The MoU was signed by Md Sahidul Islam, head of business at Shimanto Bank, and Dr Wahidujjaman Jaman, managing director of Farazy Dental & Research Center, on behalf of their respective organisations.
