Dhaka, May 18 -- The Dhaka University unit of the Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal has led a black flag procession to demand justice for the killing of Shahriar Alam Shammo and the resignation of the institution's vice-chancellor (VC) and proctor.

The procession, which started at the foot of the Anti Terrorism Raju Memorial Sculpture on the campus around 1pm on Sunday, passed through the VC Square and ended in front of the Faculty of Arts at the Oporajeyo Bangla sculpture.

The attendees chanted slogans protesting the investigation and arrests conducted by the police and the administration.
