Dhaka, Oct. 18 -- Four flights have so far been diverted from Dhaka and have landed at Chattogram's Shah Amanat International Airport following a fire at the cargo terminal of Shahjalal International Airport in the capital.

Among these, two are domestic flights inbound from Chattogram to Dhaka, and the other two were international flights -- one US-Bangla Airlines flight from Bangkok to Dhaka and an Air Arabia flight from the Middle East to Dhaka -- the Shah Amanat Airport authorities said in a statement on Saturday.

Currently, all operations at Shah Amanat International Airport are proceeding as normal.
