Dhaka, Jan. 29 -- The authorities of Mymensingh Central Jail have "mistakenly" released three murder suspects without bail bonds.

A deputy jailer has been suspended in connection with the incident, and a probe committee has been formed to investigate the matter.

The releases took place on Tuesday.

The suspects are Md Anis Mia, Rashedul Islam, and Zakirul Islam, all residents of Tarati in Tarakanda.

Mymensingh Senior Jail Superintendent Md Amirul Islam said, "This is true. A prison official has mistakenly released the suspects."
