Dhaka, Nov. 27 -- Saleem Ahmad Khan, the team leader of the Out of Country Voting (OCV) System Development & Implementation (SDI) project, has said it will not be possible to send postal ballots to expatriate voters if they do not provide a complete address during online registration.
He said, "The registration activities of expatriates living in Bahrain, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates have been suspended because they did not provide a complete address on the Postal Vote BD app.
"It will not be possible to send the postal ballot paper without a correct and complete address."
