Dhaka, Feb. 22 -- Saudi Ambassador to Bangladesh Dr Abdullah Zafer H Bin Abiyah has paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.

The meeting took place at the Cabinet Division in the Secretariat at 11am on Sunday, reports Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS).

Issues of mutual interest between the two countries were discussed during the meeting, including matters related to the upcoming Hajj.

Earlier in the morning, Rahman arrived at the Secretariat at 9:05am, where he was received by Principal Secretary ABM Abdus Sattar.
