Dhaka, March 22 -- After a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight bound for London was forced to return to Dhaka, passengers were accommodated in several hotels across the capital, with some objecting to the quality of the lodgings.

The flight, which departed from Shahjalal International Airport at 8:42am on Friday, made a scheduled stop at Osmani International Airport in Sylhet before continuing toward London.

However, as London's Heathrow Airpirt remained closed for the day, the aircraft turned back, landing in Dhaka at 1:45pm, according to Group Captain Kamrul Islam, executive director of Shahjalal Airport.

With 267 passengers onboard, including crew, Biman officials arranged overnight accommodations in various hotels across the capital....
