Bangladesh, Aug. 7 -- Malaysia has deported another 26 Bangladeshi nationals from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, citing vague travel intent and failure to meet entry requirements.
According to Malaysia's Border Control and Protection Agency (AKSEM), the passengers were stopped by the monitoring unit after landing on two Dhaka-bound return flights on Tuesday morning.
The Malaysian state news agency Bernama reported that the group was flagged based on prior intelligence and observed for suspicious movement. They were taken to the airport's operations office for questioning.
An official AKSEM statement said the travellers gave "vague" reasons for their trips and submitted "inconsistent"documents.
