Dhaka, Oct. 29 -- A Bangladesh Biman aircraft has collided with a boarding bridge at Sylhet's Osmani International Airport.
The accident occurred around 10:30am on Wednesday, according to Hafiz Uddin Ahmed, director of the airport.
The flight was to carry 262 passengers to London. After the accident, it is undergoing testing to see whether it is fit to fly.
Hafiz said, "Engineers are checking the condition of the aircraft. In consideration of passenger safety, it was decided to send them to London using an alternative arrangement. The alternative aircraft will leave Sylhet with the passengers. The passengers are now waiting at Osmani Airport."
