Dhaka, Nov. 16 -- Expelled Awami League leader and former minister Abdul Latif Siddique, who was granted bail by the High Court in an anti-terrorism case filed with the Shahbagh Police Station, has appeared at the Dhaka Magistrate's Court.
The former minister, accompanied by his younger brother, Krishak Sramik Janata League President Abdul Kader Siddique, went to the court in Dhaka on Sunday.
The investigation report in the case was scheduled to be submitted to the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Awlad Hossain Muhammad Jonaid on Sunday. However, the investigation officer, Sub-Inspector Toufiq Hasan of Shahbagh Police Station, was unable to submit the report.
