Dhaka, Dec. 29 -- Prof Mamun Habib, head of the Department of Management at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), has received the "Supply Chain Management Award" at the 8th IEOM Bangladesh International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management.

The conference was held on Dec 20-21 at the World University of Bangladesh (WUB) and was organised by IEOM Society International, USA.

According to a media statement from IUB, the award recognises Prof Habib's contributions to supply chain management research, academic leadership, and policy-oriented scholarship.
