Dhaka, Dec. 23 -- Inqilab Moncho members have taken a "Shaheedi oath", a solemn pledge for martyrdom, vowing to complete the trial of Sharif Osman bin Hadi's killing within 30 working days and to rebuild Bangladesh on the basis of justice.

The oath was administered at Shahbagh around 3:30pm on Tuesday by Abdullah Al Jaber, member secretary of Inqilab Moncho.

On Monday, Inqilab Moncho placed a three-point demand, including the completion of the trial within a maximum of 30 working days through a judicial tribunal, with the involvement of professional and credible international intelligence agencies similar to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the United States.
