Dhaka, Jan. 26 -- Despite some unrest, allegations and counter-allegations of irregularities in different parts of the country in the five days since the start of campaigning for the 13th parliamentary election, Election Commission Secretary Akhtar Ahmed says there is "equal opportunity for all".
