Dhaka, Dec. 14 -- The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has shared the identities of the Bangladeshi peacekeepers killed and injured in a drone attack on a United Nations base in Abyei, Sudan.
The drone attack was carried out by an armed separatist group on Saturday afternoon local time.
On Sunday, the ISPR shared the identities of six Bangladeshi nationals killed and eight injured in the incident.
The dead have been identified as Corporal Md Masud Rana (from Natore); soldiers Md Mominul Islam (from Kurigram), Shamim Reza (from Rajbari) and Shanto Mandal (from Kurigram); Mess Waiter Md Jahangir Alam (from Kishoreganj) and laundry worker Md Sabuj Mia (from Gaibandha).
