Dhaka, June 16 -- The deadline for submitting forms for this year's Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent exams has been extended once more.

A notice issued by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka on Monday said candidates can apply on Jun 18 and 19, with fee payment through Sonali Seba also closing on Jun 19.

Form submission deadlines typically end weeks before exams begin, but this year students are being allowed to complete the process right up to the week of the test.

SM Kamal Uddin Haider, convenor of the Inter-Education Board Examination Controllers' Committee, said the extension aims to accommodate as many candidates as possible.
