Dhaka, Feb. 18 -- The interim government has initiated efforts to prepare a "white paper" on the irregularities and corruption within the Information and Communication Technology, or ICT, sector and digitalisation, which was prioritised during the ousted Sheikh Hasina administration.

A high-level committee, consisting of local and foreign experts, will be formed within the next couple of days to draft the "white paper", Chief Advisor's Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam said at a press conference at the Foreign Service Academy in Dhaka on Tuesday.

The committee is expected to release the document within two months.
