Dhaka, Aug. 3 -- The Ministry of Liberation War Affairs has rented 16 special trains to haul people to Dhaka from around the country for the event marking the release of the July Proclamation on the first anniversary of the July Uprising.

These trains will bring in students and people from different walks of life and then give them a ride back after the event.

As part of the state programme surrounding the July Uprising anniversary, a daylong event will be held at Dhaka's Manik Mia Avenue on Tuesday, where Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus will unveil the July Proclamation at 5pm.
