Bangladesh, Aug. 13 -- The wife of slain Gazipur journalist Asaduzzaman Tuhin has alleged that her husband was killed by hired assassins.

She called for the arrest of those who ordered and financed the attack at a media briefing at Gazipur Press Club on Tuesday.

"My husband was murdered by hired killers. Those who provided the money and instigated the attack must also be arrested quickly," she said, without offering further details to support the claim.
