Dhaka, Jan. 11 -- Police have not yet arrested anyone in connection with the recovery of the slit-throated body of a schoolgirl in her home in Dhaka's South Banasree.

The complaint, submitted to court on Sunday, identifies the victim as Fatema Akter Nili, 17.

Although one or more unidentified people are said to be involved, no official suspect has been named so far.

The victim's family suspects an employee of Nili's father's hotel may have been involved in the murder. He was seen entering the house on CCTV before her body was recovered.

Khilgaon Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Abdur Razzak, the investigating officer of the case, said if the person suspected by Nili's family members is arrested, the murder mystery may be resolved.
