Dhaka, Jan. 21 -- The Election Commission has gone to hospitals to register those injured during the July uprising to vote. The election watchdog has gone to three hospitals as part of the initiative and is also correcting any errors in their national identification cards, or NIDs, at the same time.
A four-member team from the EC came to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Medical University Hospital to conduct registrations at 9am. It is to continue until 5pm.
