Dhaka, Dec. 15 -- Leaders of the Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) have gone to the home ministry to demand action after the shooting of Inqilab Moncho Convenor Sharif Osman Hadi.
DUCSU representatives went to the Secretariat on Monday with three demands, including the arrest of those involved in the attempted killing.
The move followed a march that began at around 1pm from the DUCSU building, with students and members of the public joining the procession. The march passed through the university area and ended near the Shikkha Bhaban intersection, where some protesters remained as talks were held inside the Secretariat.
