Dhaka, March 27 -- A group of robbers, dressed like law-enforcing officers, carried out a heist at a gold merchant's house in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, according to police.
The gang, consisting of 25 to 30 members, typically operates by disguising themselves as members of law enforcement, magistrates, journalists, or students, said police.
They used a similar tactic to break into the businessman's house on Wednesday.
Four members of this group were arrested on Wednesday morning after the incident, while two others were apprehended in the evening, confirmed Md Masud Alam, deputy commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police's Ramna division.
