Dhaka, Nov. 17 -- Two excavators have been brought to Dhanmondi Road No. 32, where the residence of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman lies in ruins, ahead of the verdict against deposed prime minister Sheikh Hasina over charges of crimes against humanity.

Around 12pm on Monday, two excavators were transported to the area on trucks.

Several young men were seen standing on top of one truck, chanting slogans through a microphone.

When asked about their identity, one of them said the excavators had been brought by an organisation named "Red July".

Law enforcers have also been deployed on Road No. 32.

After Hasina fled the country on Aug 5 last year, the residence of her father at Dhanmondi 32 was attacked, looted, and set on fire.
