Dhaka, Dec. 2 -- Bangladesh has reported two more deaths from dengue fever, while 565 new patients have been admitted to hospitals with the disease in the past 24 hours.
The total number of hospitalisations from the Aedes mosquito-borne illness this year has reached 95,577.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) bulletin on Tuesday, both the dead resided in the Dhaka North City Corporation area.
The death toll in December has now ticked up to four, while the caseload has increased by 1,176.
The disease has claimed 386 lives so far this year.
November saw 104 deaths, the highest monthly death toll in 2025.
