Dhaka, Dec. 22 -- The mourning continues at the home of Dipu Chandra Das, who was killed in an attack following allegations of blasphemy in Mymensingh's Bhaluka Upazila.
Many agencies and organisations have been visiting the family daily to check on them, offering financial aid and several assurances.
Mymensingh Deputy Commissioner (DC) Saifur Rahman visited Dipu's home on behalf of the district administration on Monday.
He provided cash and food assistance and promised a job for Dipu's wife during the visit.
The family remains devastated by the grief of losing a husband and son.
The loss of their sole breadwinner has cast the family into a sudden, destitute grief.
