Dhaka, March 30 -- BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has asked everyone to remain vigilant saying that there is a conspiracy at home and abroad to deprive people of their right to vote.

Speaking at a BNP programme in Badda on Saturday afternoon, he said the party would return to the field if any disruption is created in the people's interest.

"We have to be prepared. There is a conspiracy at home and abroad, to deprive you of your voting rights again. We're not going to let that happen."

"Everyone should be careful and alert. The conspiracy is not over. We will establish a people's government by foiling all conspiracies."
