Dhaka, May 24 -- Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus is set to meet several political parties on Sunday amid growing political tensions in Bangladesh.
The meeting will take place in the evening at the chief advisor's official residence State Guest House Jamuna, his Deputy Press Secretary Mohammad Abul Kalam Azad Majumder confirmed.
Before that, the interim prime minister is scheduled to hold separate meetings with the BNP and Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami on Saturday night.
Speaking to bdnews24.com, Azad said: "The chief advisor will meet several more parties on Sunday. But the list of those parties has not yet been finalised."
