Dhaka, Dec. 9 -- Chief Election Commissioner AMM Nasir Uddin is meeting Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed ahead of the finalisation of the schedule for the 13th general election and July Charter referendum.

The meeting was scheduled at 2:30pm on Tuesday at the Supreme Court. The CEC left the Election Commission office at Agargaon around 1:30pm and reached the Supreme Court a little before 2pm.

Many people have sought the court's decision on writ petitions over demarcation of constituencies and restoring of candidacy after the election symbols were allocated.
