Dhaka, Oct. 17 -- BNP Standing Committee member AZM Zahid Hossain says that no one should have any doubts about the state taking responsibility for implementing the July Charter.
He made the remark in response to a question from the media after laying flowers at the grave of BNP founder and former president Ziaur Rahman in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar on Friday morning.
Zahid said, "The people of the country, whether it is Abu Sayeed or Mugdho, and whether they were forcibly disappeared or martyred.
