Dhaka, Feb. 9 -- Biman Bangladesh Airlines has urged passengers travelling to London to ensure their visa and passport details are valid and up to date before departure.

In a statement issued on Monday, the flag carrier said all London-bound passengers must verify their travel documents in advance and update their latest passport information on their UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account at least 48 hours before travelling.

The advice follows guidance from the UK Border Force, which has warned that passengers whose visa or passport details are not updated may face additional checks, delays, or other complications on arrival in the UK.

The airline urged travellers to complete all required formalities before starting their journey.
