Dhaka, Nov. 22 -- Bhutan's Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay has arrived in Bangladesh for a three-day visit, receiving a warm welcome at Dhaka's Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport from Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus.
Tobgay touched down shortly after 8:15am on Saturday on a Druk Air flight, accompanied by a delegation of senior officials. The two leaders held a brief meeting at the airport's VIP lounge, during which the Bhutanese prime minister inquired about Friday's earthquake and expressed condolences over the loss of lives and damage.
Following the meeting, a guard of honour was presented by a contingent of the Armed Forces.
