Dhaka, Jan. 6 -- Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain, spokesperson of the National Citizen Party (NCP), has expressed concern over whether the parliamentary elections and referendum will be free and fair.

The head of NCP's central election committee, Asif alleged that the administration is displaying a form of "one-sided bias" in favour of a specific party.

The former student advisor's claim came during a briefing on Tuesday afternoon, following a meeting with the chief election commissioner at the Nirbachan Bhaban.
