Dhaka, Nov. 23 -- Mohammad Abdul Momen, chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), has said the agency is not free from corruption itself.
He made the remarks after the ACC's public hearing at the Nazrul Auditorium in Sylhet's Rikabibazar area.
"ACC has not only procedural delays but also instances of corruption. Every government agency faces complaints from service recipients, and we are constantly trying to resolve these issues. We conduct regular raids, which have proven somewhat effective," Momen said.
