Dhaka, Dec. 22 -- The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) is set to file cases against Rashed Khan Menon, former president of the governing body of Willes Little Flower School and College, over alleged irregularities in teacher recruitment and promotions.

Currently imprisoned, the former Dhaka-8 MP and ex-minister under the Awami League government faces two separate cases, confirmed ACC Director General Md Akhtar Hossain on Monday.

He said that one case will name Menon, the president of Bangladesh Workers Party, and 13 teachers among 20 suspects, while the second will list him among 38 as defendants.
