Dhaka, Jan. 9 -- Two passengers have been killed and at least 10 others injured when the driver lost control of a bus on the Dhaka-Chattogram Highway in Cumilla's Eliotganj, causing it to overturn before a microbus collided with it.
The accident occurred around 10:30pm on Thursday on the Chattogram-bound lane at Turnipara, said Elliotganj Highway Police chief Ruhul Amin.
Police confirmed that the two victims were male bus passengers, though their identities were not immediately known.
The injured were taken to Chandina Upazila Health Complex and nearby hospitals.
