Dhaka, July 28 -- The labourers were making a 1,300 km-long journey from Haryana to their home state of Bihar when their bus broke down in the Barabanki district.

Some of the workers were still on the bus, while others were sleeping next to it when the accident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday.
