Dhaka, Dec. 17 -- The prosecution has filed a formal complaint against former Army officer Ziaul Ahsan at the International Crimes Tribunal on charges of involvement in enforced disappearances and murder under the Awami League regime.

Prosecutor Shaikh Mahdi submitted the complaint to the International Crimes Tribunal's registrar on Wednesday morning.

Prosecutor Gazi MH Tamim told bdnews24.com that the chargesheet is scheduled to be presented before the Tribunal-1 bench.
