Bangladesh, Aug. 29 -- Election Commissioner Md Anwarul Islam Sarker has warned that the upcoming 13th parliamentary polls could be the most risky in the country's history despite the Election Commission's pledge to deliver the "best election ever".
Speaking at a training workshop for election officials in Dhaka on Friday, Anwarul said there was "no doubt" about the level of danger surrounding the vote.
"Of all the elections held in Bangladesh's history, the 13th parliamentary election will be the riskiest," he told trainees.
