United Kingdom, June 19 -- Samsung is rolling out its "premium cinema experience" display across Europe in collaboration with a top animation studio.

Onyx Cinema LED - which made its debut at April's CinemaCon 2025 in the US - is the world's first DCI-certified1 cinema LED display, which offers an "ultra-smooth picture", thanks to its supporting frame rates of up to 120Hz2 at 4K resolution.

The display comes in four screen sizes - five, 10, 14 and 20 metres, as well as extra flexible scaling options - to allow for cinemagoers to be even more immersed in the movies' stories as the films are presented in the "largest possible format without compromising image quality".
