United Kingdom, Dec. 10 -- Nick Grimshaw has teamed up with Uber Eats and Mowgli to encourage families to talk more at Christmas, after new research showed most of Gen Z are distracted by tech during dinner.
According to Uber Eats, 37 per cent of Brits struggle to make conversation at the Christmas table, even though most consider themselves good conversationalists.
The study highlights the growing impact of phones during meals, with 65 per cent saying they are regularly distracted by technology, and more than half wanting more meaningful conversations with friends and family.
