United Kingdom, Dec. 13 -- Capcom has officially unveiled Mega Man: Dual Override, confirming the long-awaited return of the Blue Bomber with a brand-new mainline entry revealed at The Game Awards 2025.

Set to launch in 2027, the upcoming title will be the twelfth core instalment in the long-running franchise and the first new entry since Mega Man 11 released in 2018.

The game is coming to a wide range of platforms, including Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, and PC via Steam, signalling Capcom's intent to reach both long-time fans and new players.
