United Kingdom, Sept. 18 -- Google is rolling out new changes to its Discover feed aimed at giving users more content from creators and publishers.

The company has said these updates are designed to let people follow their favourite voices directly and see a wider variety of content, instead of just seeing traditional news articles.

One of the key changes is that Discover will now include posts from platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, mixed in with the usual articles.

Google has said this will happen "in the coming weeks," with more platforms expected to join later.
