United Kingdom, Nov. 13 -- Google has announced Private AI Compute, a next-generation privacy platform that combines the intelligence of its Gemini cloud models with the rigorous privacy protections of on-device AI.

The new system allows users to benefit from more advanced, personalised AI experiences while ensuring that their data remains completely private - inaccessible even to Google.

Private AI Compute functions as what Google calls a "secure, fortified space" in the cloud.

The software processes sensitive data such as voice recordings, transcriptions, and contextual suggestions in isolation, within a hardware-sealed environment powered by Titanium Intelligence Enclaves (TIE).
