United Kingdom, March 17 -- Google Gemini is replacing the tech firm's Assistant on Android devices.
Google Assistant is set to be phased out on most devices this year with the generative artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot- which was launched in 2023 to rival OpenAI's ChatGPT.
Millions of Android users have made the switch already, with more to be able to use the new software over the coming months.
