United Kingdom, May 21 -- Google has confirmed the introduction of a new automated password change in Chrome.
When a user is signing in, Chrome can detect a compromised password and Google Password Manager will then automatically give the user an opportunity to change it.
Google said in a new blog post: "On supported websites, Chrome can generate a strong replacement and update the password for the user automatically.
"This reduces friction and helps users to keep their account secure, without hunting through account settings or abandoning the process partway."
