United Kingdom, March 11 -- Elon Musk has blamed "IP addresses originating in the Ukraine area" for causing the "massive" X cyber attack.

It has been reported that approximately 40,000 users could not log in to the tech billionaire's social media platform, with others claiming some posts would not load, on Monday (10.03.25).

The helm of the Department of Government Efficiency has sensationally claimed the IP addresses originated in the war-torn country.

He told Fox Business Network on Monday, March 10: "Well, we're not sure exactly what happened.

"But there was a massive cyber attack to try to bring down the X system with IP addresses originating in the Ukraine area."
