United Kingdom, Jan. 3 -- Apple is giving Apple Fitness+ a timely refresh to help users stick to their Year's health goals.
The updates arrive alongside new data from the Apple Heart and Movement Study, which suggests Apple Watch users are more likely to maintain increased activity levels well beyond January's infamous "Quitter's Day".
According to Apple's analysis, more than 60 per cent of users boosted their daily exercise minutes in early January, with the majority sustaining those gains through February and March.
Apple is leaning into that behaviour with features designed to turn short-term momentum into lasting habits.
